RapidIdentity Accessibility

Rev 2.0 11/16/2020

Identity Automation believes that all people with disabilities should have comparable access to information technologies and strives to provide an accessible and pleasing user experience with the RapidIdentity product for all users regardless of their abilities.

Usability and accessibility are key components of the Identity Automation Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and are prevalent in every aspect of the development process. Within the SDLC, Identity Automation follows industry standards for accessibility design including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA).

To refine and enhance the usability and accessibility of RapidIdentity, Identity Automation contracts with 3rd party accessibility experts for routine accessibility reviews and accessibility usability testing. Review and testing outputs are inputs to future development activities as the requirements for usability and accessibility improvements.

After every development cycle, the Identity Automation Quality Assurance process tests the accessibility of RapidIdentity to ensure continual conformance with the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template which is updated as necessary to publish the conformance of RapidIdentity with accessibility guidelines and standards.
