Downloadable Password Vault Browser Extension Files

While the RapidIdentity Password Vault Browser Extension is installable from online app stores, Administrators may prefer to download the latest version directly from RI to install and manage in their virtual environment. This document will share the locations and installation steps for the Password Vault Browser Extension in a series of browsers. Google Chrome

Google Chrome Installation Instructions

1. Open Chrome Browser.

2. Visit chrome://extensions/ page in the browser.

3. Turn on Developer mode (Top right corner).

4. Drag the extension file and drop it on the page, allow permission to add extension.

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge Browser.

2. Visit edge://extensions/ page in the browser.

3. Turn on Developer mode (Left side bar).

4. Drag the extension file and drop it on the page, allow permission to add extension.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox Browser.

2. Visit ‘about:addons’ page in the browser..

3. Drag the extension file and drop it on the page, allow permission to add extension.

Note: If by default "Access your data for all websites" permission is off then it should be turned on first.
