Any sort of third-party password reset (not initialized by the user whose password is being changed) utilizes the email template in RapidIdentity. Emails can be rewritten for cohesive branding through Email Templates.

  1. In Configuration > General > Templates > Email Templates, there is a list of templates that are used for all system-based emails sent. For this particular use case, you'll want the Password Reset template in the Profiles category. Click the Edit button that appears on hover in the rightmost column.2. This will open the formatting sidebar. Make any changes needed to represent your company's priorities for the Password Reset email sent to users. This can be done for any of the available Email Templates to provide different messaging from the default verbiage. Use the tokens to insert variables into the email template.
    Note: The  perpetrator is the user who enacted the password change.3. Click Save to commit the changes to the email template.
