Dropping Support for Internet Explorer 11

Per Microsoft, the Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) desktop application will go out of support for certain operating systems starting on June 15, 2022. For a list of impacted systems please visit here.

Following the Microsoft Component Lifecycle Policy for Internet Explorer, RapidIdentity product support for IE11 users after June 15, 2022 will be limited to product expertise and knowledge only.

Although customers may continue to use IE11 with RapidIdentity after June 15, 2022, subsequent maintenance updates, feature enhancements and new capabilities for RapidIdentity will not be developed to work with IE11 explicitly. Any issues directly associated with IE11 that are found during quality assurance testing or reported by customers will not be resolved.
