This is simple to do and a powerful way for Support to really help our customers. 1. In Connect > Action Sets, click the checkbox next to the Action Set to be sent. Once this is checked, more options will show up on the bottom Action Bar. Choose **Export**. ![Connect Action Set - Select.jpg](https://cdn.document360.io/4d958006-b877-42af-8de5-00e3bb7fe41d/Images/Documentation/Connect%20Action%20Set%20-%20Select.jpg) ![Export Button.jpg](https://cdn.document360.io/4d958006-b877-42af-8de5-00e3bb7fe41d/Images/Documentation/Export%20Button.jpg) 1. This will download an .xml file to your chosen location. Simply send that file with the Action Set to Identity Automation Support, and they can import it into their test tenants to investigate further. ## Related - [RapidIdentity Connect - Best Practices](/rapididentity-connect-best-practices.md) - [Using an Identity Bridge in Connect](/using-an-identity-bridge-in-connect.md)
