Introducing the Universal Authentication Director

The Universal Authentication Director provides school districts the ability to choose, based on role or attribute, which Portal is launched after a user successfully authenticates to RapidIdentity. With the Universal Authentication Director, district users enjoy a portal experience aligned with their needs and expectations.

When enabled for customer use, this new capability is easily enabled on an SSO Persona by selecting the SSO Application that users should be directed to after successful authentication.

Once enabled, users will be automatically redirected and SSO takes care of the rest.
