New Reset Password Policy
Currently, Rapididentity uses a series of Challenge Questions to authenticate users who have forgotten the password. Users providing successful Challenge Responses then navigate a series of screens to set a new password and access RapidIdentity.
With this new feature, Administrators can now configure certain Authentication Methods to be used for authenticating users that have forgotten their passwords including email and SMS.
