What does this mean for me?
Normal day-to-day browsing will still be the same, but in the background, you will have PhishID on your side to protect you from malicious links and URLs that attempt to steal your credentials.
Verified Phishing Sites
If you inadvertently navigate to known phishing site, PhishID will present a block page like below. When you receive a block page, you can select the "Go back" option and be assured your credentials are still safe
Suspicious Sites
If you inadvertently navigate to a site that while it is not a verified phishing site however it looks suspicious, PhishID will present a suspicious page alert like below. When you receive a suspicious page, double check to ensure that this site is the site it says it is. If this site is a safe site you can click "This is safe" otherwise select the "Take me back to safety" option and be assured your credentials are still safe. Our Security Analysts will further investigate every suspicious site to ensure all new phishing sites are correctly identified and moved to a Verified Phishing Site.
