This portion of the Onboarding Journey involves making decisions on how the RapidIdentity system will look once individuals login.   This is referred to as the Portal view.    You can setup views based on account type such as Staff or Students as well as by School, Grade Level, or any attribute within RapidIdentity.

Portal Go! View

The enablement portions of this section include training and understanding of the Portal Go! View specifically around creating, managing, and using Themes and Delegations within the Portal Go! View. This minimal view of the system is what we have seen customers like to use for Teachers and Students for simplicity.

RapidIdentity Admin Portal Customization

The enablement portions of this section include training and understanding of the Admin view of the Portal.   We typically see customer utilize this view of the system for non teaching Staff, especially for IT Staff.

Go! View Mobile App

The RapidIdentity Go! Mobile application gives an improved RapidIdentity Cloud Classroom View mobile experience on an iOS phone or tablet.   This has been utilized by multiple customers on district provided iPads to enable students to utilize all of their resources using one application.

Insights and Reports Module

The RapidIdentity Insights and Reports module are the two places to utilize for all of your data analytics needs within RapidIdentity.   Insights is the data analytics engine inside RapidIdentity that unlocks the data behind security and engagement.  The Reports section of RapidIdentity is the window into the Audit data that is captured by RapidIdentity.
