To Test your Identity Bridge Connectivity

Log into your RapidIdentity Cloud Tenant

  • Navigate to Configuration > Systems > Identity Bridge

  • Click on the Three Dot menu and select Details

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Identity Bridge Section and find your Bridges.  Click on the Three Dot menu for a bridge and select Test Bridge

  • If your Bridge is connecting successfully you will see Bridge Connection Test Succeeded!
