To Test your Identity Bridge Connectivity
Log into your RapidIdentity Cloud Tenant
Navigate to Configuration > Systems > Identity Bridge
Click on the Three Dot menu and select Details
Scroll to the bottom of the Identity Bridge Section and find your Bridges. Click on the Three Dot menu for a bridge and select Test Bridge
If your Bridge is connecting successfully you will see Bridge Connection Test Succeeded!
If you see Bridge Connection test Failed please follow theIdentity Bridge Connection Troubleshooting
