    The New RapidIdentity GO! Mobile Application

    This short video will explain to users the benefits of using the RapidIdentity GO! Mobile Application that gives an improved RapidIdentity Cloud Classroom View Mobile Experience on a phone or tablet. For users within the applicable policy and persona, all they have to do is download the mobile application and authenticate as usual.

    This is only available to RapidIdentity Cloud customers on iOS for now, but Android and other devices are planned to be supported in the future. Personas in Classroom View (formerly known as SSO Portal) are also required to use this feature.

    Note

    There are limitations to the authentication methods that can be used for that persona.

    To begin this process, download RapidIdentity GO! from the Apple store.
