PhishID Settings

Open PhishID Admin Portal (https://phishid.pixm.net) and login

Click on the People Icon beside your name on the right hand side and select Settings

Profile Tab

On the Profile tab you can update your name and have the option to Receive Email Alerts.  Receive Email Alerts will notify you anytime a Verified Phish is detected.  It does not notify on Suspicious Sites.

Admin Management Tab

The Admin Management tab will allow you to invite additional PhishID administrators to the Admin Portal.  All Admins have the same access in the Portal.

Config Tab

The config tab will allow you to set configuration settings for the extension.   When an extension is first pushed to a machine it will have the settings that are currently set on this tab.   Any changes to these settings can take up to 6 hours to be reflected on a user’s device extension already deployed.

Configure Label will allow you to configure the words displayed in the top left of the Suspicious Bar or Block Screen. By default this is set to PhishID for RapidIdentity.  To see where the label is displayed on alert/block pages view this article.

Configure Contact Info will allow you to configure the contact information displayed when Learn More is clicked on the Suspicious Alert Bar or View Details is clicked on the Verified Phish Block Page.  To see where this is displayed on alert/block pages view this article.

Progress Bar configuration can be set to Full Size Banner, Thin Progress Bar or None.

Hide ‘This is safe’ is a toggle that will toggle on or off the This is Safe option on the Suspicious Alert Banner Page. Setting the toggle to the right or On will remove the ‘This is Safe’ from the alert.    Setting the toggle to the left or Off will allow the ‘This is Safe’ to display.

Allowed Domains Tab

The allowed domains tab will allow you to add a domain to always allow for everyone using PhishID in your district.   Please allow up to 6 hours once a domain is added for the extensions to pick up the changes.

Blocked URLs

The Blocked URLs tab will allow you to add a url to the Blocked URL list for everyone using PhishID in your district.  This allows for individual sites to be blocked beyond the universal Verified Phishing database of blocked sites.   Please allow up to 6 hours once a site is added for the extension to pick up the changes.
