Considerations:
How do we handle passwords at start of school?
Have we delegated the rights to reset passwords/print qr codes/etc to the right personnel and do they know how to do this?
Are we allowing Self Service Password Reset and have we communicated how this works to everyone?
Are we making any changes to Authentication for anyone this new School Year?
Is this our first year for RapidIdentity?
Are there any large-scale changes to our SIS or HRMS that may impact RapidIdentity?
Do we need to coordinate/communicate with vendors receiving information from RapidIdentity?
Have we added any started using any additional features/products in RapidIdentity this school year? (ie Go! View, Workflow, Studio, PhishID, etc)
