    New Forgot Username Policy

    Currently when a user cannot remember their username RapidIdentity will send it to their non-personal email that’s managed by RapidIdentity.

    With this new feature, Administrators can now configure both alternate email and SMS as optional methods for retrieving forgotten usernames.
