    Account Claim

    Account Claiming is the process within RapidIdentity that a new user can setup their intial account. During the claim process the new user will 'claim' their account by entering specific information to verify their identity and then set their initial account password.

    A New User can Claim their account by Using the Claim My Account button on the login screen.
