Authentication Detail Dashboard

Introduced in the 2022.6.29 release of RapidIdentity Cloud, the Authentication Detail dashboard is a jump-to dashboard that's opened by clicking the Daily Averages indicator widget on the Logins Overview page in the Insights module.

The Authentication Detail dashboard provides the following information:

• The Total Number of Authentication Policies that were used on authentication events along with the highest number of Authentication Methods or Steps, included on any one of them
• The Top 10 Authentication Methods used in successful authentication events broken down by the User Type
• The Top 10 Authentication Policies associated with successful authentication events broken down by the User Type
• The Top 5 Failing Authentication Methods associated with unsuccessful authentication attempts broken down by the Authentication Step that failed

As is the case with all dashboards, users can right-click the bars and columns to drill into related data, including the individual users associated with the metric displayed.

To download the raw data in any visualization simply click the ellipsis in the top right of the chart or indicator and select the desired download format, either Image or CSV.
