ShieldID Screen Spins But Never Displays Dashboard

When navigating to ShieldID by going to Configuration > Security > ShieldID, the ShieldID screen does not display but a spinning red connection displays and never goes away.
During the authentication process to ShieldID the System Roles of the logged in RapidIdentity User are sent. In addition to the regular System Roles additionally if there are permissions set on Connect Projects that the User is also in those are sent. This may exceed the maximum size limit, which will result in the connection authentication never completing.
To resolve this the roles for the RapidIdentity needs to be reduced, this can be accomplished by eliminating the Connect Project fine grained permissions and setting those permissions at the overall Connect level.
