Deploying PhishID with Google Workspaces

• Authenticate to G Suite Admin Console with an administrator account

• Go to Devices -> Chrome -> Apps & Extensions -> Users and Browsers section and click on the +(Add) icon to add the browser extension.

• The PhishID extension can be deployed to Individuals Users, Groups or the Entire Organization.

  Deploying to Individual Users 

• Select the Users option under Apps & Extensions in the middle of the screen and search for the user you wish to add the extension to
  

• Click on the + at the bottom of the screen and Add From Chrome Web Store
  

• Search for Pixm Phishing Protection and select it
  

• Click Select in the top Right corner
  

• Change the Installation Method on the right side to "Force Install"

  

• Click Save

Deploying to Groups

• Select the Groups option under Apps & Extensions in the middle of the screen then search and select the group you wish to add the extension to

• 

  Click on the + at the bottom of the screen and Add From Chrome Web Store
  

• Search for Pixm Phishing Protection and select it
  

• Click Select in the top Right corner
  

• Change the Installation Method on the right side to "Force Install"

  

• Click Save

Deploying to the Organization 

• Select the Organization Units option under Apps & Extensions in the middle of the screen and search for the Organization Unit you wish to add the extension to

• 

  Click on the + at the bottom of the screen and Add From Chrome Web Store
  

• Search for Pixm Phishing Protection and select it
  

• Click Select in the top Right corner
  

• Change the Installation Method on the right side to "Force Install"

  

• Click Save
