Authenticate to G Suite Admin Console with an administrator account
Go to Devices -> Chrome -> Apps & Extensions -> Users and Browsers section and click on the +(Add) icon to add the browser extension.
The PhishID extension can be deployed to Individuals Users, Groups or the Entire Organization.
Deploying to Individual Users
Select the Users option under Apps & Extensions in the middle of the screen and search for the user you wish to add the extension to
Click on the + at the bottom of the screen and Add From Chrome Web Store
Search for Pixm Phishing Protection and select it
Click Select in the top Right corner
Change the Installation Method on the right side to "Force Install"
Click Save
Deploying to Groups
Select the Groups option under Apps & Extensions in the middle of the screen then search and select the group you wish to add the extension to
Click on the + at the bottom of the screen and Add From Chrome Web Store
Search for Pixm Phishing Protection and select it
Click Select in the top Right corner
Change the Installation Method on the right side to "Force Install"
Click Save
Deploying to the Organization
Select the Organization Units option under Apps & Extensions in the middle of the screen and search for the Organization Unit you wish to add the extension to
Click on the + at the bottom of the screen and Add From Chrome Web Store
Search for Pixm Phishing Protection and select it
Click Select in the top Right corner
Change the Installation Method on the right side to "Force Install"
Click Save
